Submission Draft Local Plan (Regulation 19)

The proposed submission draft version of the Local Plan is the Council's final version of the plan. It is also known as the Regulation 19 version of the Local Plan.

The Council has not yet reached Regulation 19.

The proposed Submission Draft Local Plan will be presented to Full Council on Tuesday 30 June 2026 where members will be asked to approve its progression to the next stage of the plan making process known as the Regulation 19 consultation.

When the Council has agreed the proposed submission draft (Regulation 19) version of the plan it will be published on the website along with supporting documents and details of the consultation.

The Regulation 19 consultation will run for a period of six weeks.

Further information on the consultation timetable, how to respond, and details of any consultation events will be published in due course to ensure that all interested parties have the opportunity to participate.
