New Local Plan - Supporting Evidence

The documents listed below comprise the full evidence base supporting the Proposed Submission Local Plan. 

Each document has informed and underpinned the strategies and policy approaches set out within the Plan.

The National Planning Policy Framework (NPPF) requires that all policies are supported by relevant and up-to-date evidence. 

This evidence should be proportionate, adequate, and focused on clearly justifying the policies proposed, while taking account of relevant market signals.

The numerical ordering of the documents broadly aligns with the corresponding chapters of the Proposed Submission Draft Local Plan.
