Employer Skills Support

We aim to support local businesses and the economy by providing business support services to ensure they have a skilled workforce. Some of the things that we can offer your local business are listed below:

  • We will help your business with recruitment support through our job and skills fairs
  • Identify training and development courses available to staff within your business
  • Guidance and support for apprenticeships, utilising levy funds to cover the training cost for the business*
  • Information regarding university internships for businesses to access
  • Workshops focused on enhancing skills and preparing the workforce for new opportunities
