We're aware of issues with the printing of some garden waste stickers. If you have received a garden waste sticker with an incomplete address, it is still valid and your garden waste bin will be emptied.
Sharps Collection
This service is available for residents who have yellow-lidded sharps boxes to dispose of sharps used to dispense medicinal products.
Purple-lidded bins are not collected through this service. If your sharps box has a purple lid containing waste relating to Cytotoxic and Cytostatic drugs, please contact the NHS directly to arrange for the collection and disposal of this type of waste.
You can complete the form below to request a sharps collection. This service is only available for Domestic Households and not for Businesses or Care Homes.

Collections
Collections take place from 6:30am on Thursdays. Bookings need to be made by Tuesday for a collection to be made that week.
You can choose the frequency of a collection. These can be:
- A one-off collection. This can be booked as often as is necessary
- Weekly
- Fortnightly
- Monthly
Residents can choose where to leave their yellow-lidded box, please ensure you tell us where the box will be so the team know where to look.
Once the sharps collection is made it is delivered to a specialist company that safely disposes of the waste.
