Submission Draft Local Plan (Regulation 19)

The Submission Draft Version of the Local Plan is the Council's final version of the Plan. It is also known as the Regulation 19 version of the Local Plan.

The Council has not yet reached Regulation 19. Taking account of the evidence, national policy and previous consultations, the Submission Draft version of the Plan is currently being written.  Public consultation will take place when drafting of the document is completed and agreed by Full Council. 

When the Council has agreed the Submission Draft (Regulation 19) version of the Plan it will be published on the website along with supporting documents and details of the consultation.
