Parish Councillors Register of Interest

The Localism Act 2011 made fundamental changes to the system of regulating standards of conduct for elected and co-opted councillors. All Councillors are required to register their ‘Disclosed Pecuniary Interests’. The Act requires the registration to cover the interests of the member’s spouse or partner, or someone living with the member in a similar capacity, in addition to the member’s interests.
