We're aware of issues with the printing of some garden waste stickers. If you have received a garden waste sticker with an incomplete address, it is still valid and your garden waste bin will be emptied.

Recycling Collections

We provide wheelie bins and bags for the collection of recycling. These are collected on an alternate weekly schedule. Bins should be presented with the lid closed.

If you need additional bin capacity at your property, you can view the options and order bins on the Order Bins page.

You can find out more about recycling, including where your recycling goes on the Less Waste Leicestershire website.

Advice on excess waste and cardboard

  • Excess waste left next to the bin can't be collected. The only exception to this is cardboard.
  • So that the handling and loading of card onto our vehicles is safe for our staff, please ensure that card left next to your bin could all fit into your bin if it were empty with lid closed.
  • Larger pieces should be reduced so that they are no bigger than your bins dimensions.
  • Please remove any other material such as polystyrene.
