Commercial Strategy

The Commercial Strategy 2022-2027 sets out the aspirations of the Council and provides a framework that brings together commercial activities that are being pursued across the Council, whilst retaining the clear focus on the customers we serve.

It aligns closely with the Blaby District Plan and other key strategies, contributing towards our ambition to make Blaby District Council financially sustainable and creating a District where people are happy to live work and visit.
