Always let us know

If you don't let us know that you are having difficulty making regular payments, you may incur further costs and charges which will have to be paid. We will work with you to try put arrangements in place that take your financial circumstances into account.

If you have received a:

  • Council Tax Demand Notice (Bill) which you cannot pay
  • Reminder Notice
  • Second Reminder Notice
  • Final/Cancellation Notice

Please note that if you have had contact from Enforcement Agents (previously known as bailiffs) you should try to discuss this with them first before calling/emailing us.

If you are struggling to pay your debt, there is help available. If you need further advice, there are a range of charities and non-profit organisations who offer help and advice who may be able to help you.
