If you don't let us know that you are having difficulty making regular payments, you may incur further costs and charges which will have to be paid. We will work with you to try to put arrangements in place that take your financial circumstances into account.

If you have received a:

  • Council Tax Demand Notice (Bill) which you cannot pay
  • Reminder Notice
  • Second Reminder Notice
  • Final/Cancellation Notice
