Please Note: Due to recent changes in Cival Parking Enforcements, we can no longer take Telephone or Web
payments for parking fines. Further details are available at County Council's Parking
Matters Website.
Methods of Payment
At present we offer all the following methods of payment:
Online Payments
Payments for Council Services can now be made online.
Please Note: This service is only available to the users who are running Microsoft Internet Explorer v5.0
or later. If you do not have IE5.0+,
you can download it from the Microsoft website.
By Post
Cheques should be made payable to Blaby District Council and sent to Council Offices, Desford Road, Narborough,
Leicestershire, LE19 2EP. Please ensure that your reference number is quoted on the reverse of your cheque.
In Person

Payments can be made through your bank/building society quoting -

Through the Post Office, Alliance + Leicester Giro Bank using the giro payment slips found in the payment booklets provided
by Blaby District Council.
Using a bank giro credit form. (obtainable from us) There may be a delay between making the payment and
your account being credited, therefore you should allow 7 clear working days to ensure payment is recieved by the Council
on the due date. A charge may be made, which must be paid by you and must NOT be deducted from your payment.

Direct Debit
Direct debit can be used for paying council tax and national non-demestic rates. Please contact the Revenues Section of

Payment Kiosk
A self service kiosk is located at the Braunstone Civic Centre. This is available 7 days a week – 9am to 10.30pm. Cash
payments can be made for Council Tax, National Domestic Rates or Rent. The Kiosk takes notes and coins, gives change and issues
a printed receipt it will soon be able to accept payments by debit and credit card. Customers will need to take along their
account reference number as this has to be entered when making a payment.
