This may be work opportunities, training, apprenticeships or even further study or upskilling.

Councillor Terry Richardson, Leader of Blaby District Council, said: "This is the perfect time of year for any students leaving education to come to our Job Fair and see what future opportunities are available.

"And of course, as always, we will have a range of businesses looking to attract new recruits and experts on hand to provide all kinds of jobs, training and career advice. As a District Council it is important for us to help our residents and our businesses thrive and by bringing both groups together in our Job Fairs we aim to do just that."

Priyesh Patel, an advisor with the National Careers Service gave her thumbs-up to the events and said: "I have attended two jobs fairs with Blaby District Council and have spoken to lots of people who I have assisted with a range of support such as CV writing, interviews skills and course information. I’ve had a lot of positives helping and supporting people into work, learning and training.”
