Bookings for facilities and classes are taken up to seven days in advance. Bookings are on a first come first served basis either by telephoning the centre, in person or via Online Booking. Function room bookings and children’s birthday parties can be made in person or by contacting the centre.
Payment is required at the time of booking.
The Pavilion offers a wide range of classes to suit all abilities. Booking is recommended.
Pavilion Class Timetable
Insanity: It's a high energy workout that combines the fundamentals of interval training with a focus on building strength, endurance and balance. Insanity’s high-intensity activity forces the body to work for longer periods of time at a higher capacity than traditional workouts. As a result, people experience faster increases in cardiovascular fitness, and burn carbohydrates and fat more efficiently.
Pilates: It's a holistic exercise system designed to elongate, strengthen and restore the body to balance. Pilates improves muscle tone, balances musculature, supports correct posture, and teaches participants to move with ease and grace. Exercises involve the whole body and are performed on a mat, sometimes utilising small equipment.
Circuits: It's a high intensity training class which delivers cardiovascular and strength training in different formats to give you an all over body workout. Classes are high in motivation and deliver fast improvement in general endurance and an increase in overall body strength.
Boxercise: It's a high-energy workout that incorporates solid pad work, weight training and conditioning, functional and circuit training with an emphasis placed on boxing.
Legs Bums Tums: Exercises performed on specific muscle groups to tone the body. LBT is a full body aerobic workout that aims to tone up your thighs, bum and stomach. It’s great for those who want to lose weight or who simply want to increase their fitness levels with a motivated group of people.
Tai Chi: also called tai chi chuan, combines deep breathing and relaxation with slow and gentle movements. Originally developed as a martial art in 13th-century China, tai chi is today practiced around the world as a health-promoting exercise.
Zumba: It's a hip swivelling workout African, Caribbean and Latin dance moves are combined with aerobic movements to create a fun and effective work out.

In the event of cancelling your booking a minimum of 2 hours notice is required.
All customers failing to cancel a booking within the defined period, or failing to attend a pre-booked activity will be charged the full fee for the activity in question.
Function room bookings
The function room has all you need to deliver the perfect meeting. Situated in a peaceful, rural location with convenient access from all major routes the room offers a range of different packages at a reasonable price.
The room is designed for a flexible set up and is well equipped with modern technology to allow you to fully concentrate on delivering the perfect meeting.
Facilities include digital projector complete with projector screen and speakers, white board and flip chart, internet access, hot and cold beverages, light lunch options and free parking.
Children’s birthday parties
We off children's birthday parties at a very competitive price. The party consists of 1 hour 45 minutes room hire which includes 1 hour activity in our refurbished sports hall and a party host.
The cost if £95.00 and we offer Football Parties, Bouncy Castle Parties and Multi Sports Parties.
