Scoop the poop

Summary

It is an offence under the Clean Neighbourhoods and Environmental Act 2005 - The Fouling of Land by Dogs (Blaby) Order 2008, if you fail to remove dog faeces from any public area or private land where public have access within the district of Blaby.

To encourage dog owners to clean up after their pets, the Animal Services Officer provides free poop scoops to residents. There are currently 20 outlets around the district, which can be found below.

How do I obtain Poop Scoops?

Call into any of the participating Libraries, Post Offices and Council buildings within the district.
