Further information
The parking disc has a clock that can be adjusted to display the time of arrival, making it easy for Civil Enforcement Officers to spot motorists who park for long periods. The Short Stay Parking Permit can only be used in Enderby Road and Johns Court car parks Blaby.
The scheme will allow parking for up to three hours between the operating hours of the Car Park (see Car Parks - council). Blaby District Council's Civil Enforcement Officers will enforce parking and breaches of the time limits will result in a penalty charge notice being issued (discounted if paid within 14 days).
