Local development framework - evidence base
Summary
The policies and proposals of the Local Development Framework (LDF) must be based on robust and credible evidence in
order for them to be considered ‘sound’. A number of studies and reports have been carried out by the Council, consultants
and other bodies in order to provide this evidence.

- Leicester and Leicestershire Housing Requirements Project Final Report (September 2011) - study commissioned jointly between all authorities within the Leicester and Leicestershire housing market area.
