Building control
The existing scheme of Building Control Charges, which came into effect on 1st January 2010, will be replaced
on 1st October 2010 by a new scheme of Building Control Charges calculated in accordance with The Building (Local Authority
Charges) Regulations 2010.
A copy of the tables of Building Control Charges (Tables A to C inclusive) can be accessed from the Building
control - costs page, and the detailed Scheme may be inspected at the Council Offices, Desford Road, Narborough, Leicester
LE19 2EP. There is no charge to view this information and access is restricted to our normal opening times.
