part of the Gambling Act 2005 the Licensing Authority is required to produce a Statement of Principles, which we propose to
apply when exercising our functions under the Act.

The current Statement of Principles was published on 17th December 2009 and took effect from 31st January 2010.
The Statement of Principles document is also available to view at the Council offices in Narborough and the outreach offices at Forge Corner, Blaby and Braunstone Civic Centre, Kingsway, Braunstone.
