The calculator also features an automatic in-line Tax Credit (if appropriate) for Working Tax Credit, Child Tax Credit and Pension Credit.

If you want to make a claim for Housing Benefit please contact our Benefits Team on the number below. We will normally arrange an appointment for you to come and see someone from our Benefits Team at the Council Offices in Narborough or at Braunstone Civic Centre or at the Joint Service Shop at Forge Corner, Blaby.

We will tell you what documents you need to bring in to support your claim and we will help you make your claim.

We will try and calculate your entitlement while you wait. If we are unable to do so we will explain why.

If you are unable to attend one of our offices we can arrange a home visit.

Alternatively, if you would prefer, you can visit the new claim page and print a claim form or we can send you one.
