The Private Sector Housing Team of the Housing Services Division operates the Council's Private Sector Renewal Policy, as well as Adaptations to Council properties.

Further information

The Private Sector Renewal Policy details assistance available to residents in the District, some of which is available to Home Owners, Landlords and Privately renting tenants. The Private Sector Renewal Policy does not cover the assistance available to Council tenants. For more information on adaptations for Council tenants click on the link on the left.
