Garden Maintenance

If you have a garden, it is your responsibility as a condition of tenancy to keep it tidy.

You are also responsible for the pruning and maintenance of trees and shrubs in your garden.

Gardens which are uncultivated and untidy spoil the look of the neighbourhood and appearance of the area and can be a nuisance to your neighbours.  They may even he a health hazard.
