Emergency repairs are ones that are required to avoid serious health and safety risk or prevent serious structural damage to your home.

Typical examples of emergency repairs are:

• Total loss of power          
• Water affecting electrics          
• Burst pipes(s)         
• Blocked WC where this is only one WC in the property
• Matters concerning security broken windows/broken door locks

If you consider your repair to be of utmost urgency and it is out of normal office hours (9am-5pm) and it requires attention before the next working day then please contact the Council's out of hours number.
