Housing nominations - rehousing decision appeal
Summary
Your application will be assessed on the basis of the information given by you. It is your responsibility
to ensure that appropriate information is supplied to support your application, both on completion of the application form
and when requested by housing staff.
If you disagree with any of the following you can request a review of your application:
- a decision to exclude you from the allocation scheme
- a decision to afford you less priority on the grounds of your behaviour
- a decision based on the facts of your application which have been taken into account when deciding on whether to accept your application or not
- a decision of the priority awarded
The Housing Options Manager or another senior officer not involved in the original decision will undertake the review. If you remain unhappy with the decision you should request a further review which will be undertaken by the Head of Housing Services.
