Tenants Participation

The Council is keen to promote wide Tenant Participation (TP) and Consultation in the way it delivers services to tenants. Therefore, the Council has appointed a specialist Tenant Participation Officer to develop more consultation with Tenants.

A Tenant Participation Compact (TPC) has been produced jointly by tenants and staff from Blaby District Council.

The TPC makes clear the Council’s commitment to involving tenants in all the important decisions that are made about council housing in Blaby. It provides the framework for the partnership working between tenants, leaseholders, Councillors and staff that is central to the development and future of the housing service.
