Housing Benefit Claim Form
You can print off a copy of the Housing Benefit Claim Form.
Please read part 16 carefully. This is a checklist of documents we will need to see to support your claim. Please note
that only original documents will be accepted. If you send original documents through the post they will be photocopied on
the day of receipt and returned to you immediately.
If you would prefer not to send documents through the post you can bring them into the Benefits Reception at the Council
Offices, alternatively documents can be taken to the Joint Service Shop, Leicester Road, Blaby or the Connect Service Shop
at Braunstone Civic Centre, Kingsway, Braunstone where they will be photocopied and returned to you.
If the claim form is returned incomplete or without supporting documentation your claim will be delayed whilst we seek
further information.
Please return this form to the address at the top of the claim form as soon as possible to maximise your benefit entitlement.
