Doorstep Collection Services
Blaby District Council provides an integrated kerbside refuse and recycling service. Residents are provided with two wheeled
bins, one for refuse with a black lid, and the other for recycling with a green lid. There is also a Duetto bin for glass
bottles and jars and a yellow lidded bin for the collection of all types of cans & plastic bottles.
These containers have been carefully chosen to provide a range of features which will make them easy and convenient to
use.
In addition to the Kerbside Collections, Blaby District Council also provides recycling facilities for books, textiles,
paint, motor oil and garden waste.
