Further information

People experience nuisances from time to time which affect their enjoyment of their property. We can often assist in resolving these problems by taking formal or informal action. We often work with others, such as the Police, Antisocial Behaviour Team, Social Services, Housing Associations, and Planning Enforcement Team, depending on the circumstances. Our action is designed to stop the problem and cannot seek compensation for damages. You would need to pursue this through a solicitor or Citizens Advice Bureau.

Information given to us is in confidence, with the exception of certain court action.

We are able to deal with a wide range of problems, but are unable to take formal action over traffic or aircraft noise.
