Planning Application Forms
If you need to send a planning application to us, you can either download the forms, fill them in and post them to us or
you can do your whole application
online. If this is the first time you've needed to submit a planning application, make sure you’ve read our guide
to planning permission to find out how the whole process works.
Important notice
The application, plans and any documents or comments you send us are part of the public record and are available for any
member of the public to see or have copies of. They will also be scanned and placed on our website in our online Planning
Public Access Area.
Standard Application Form
With effect from 6 April 2008 the new Standard Planning Application Form will be required to submit a planning application
to any Local Planning Authority in England. Please find below the new style forms that will need to be completed together
