information within the Blaby District. So if you want to know what's going on where you live, or you've sent us an application
and you want to find out what's happening with it, follow the links below to get the very latest information.

What is Public Access?
Public Access is our online planning service that;
- provides details of planning applications
- allows you to comment on current applications
- enables you to view weekly lists of applications received and determined
- enables you to view historic applications
- enables you toview the location of applications by reference to a map
- enables you to search a property address for application(s)
Using the Associated Documents Tab you will be able to view plan(s) submitted with planning applications received
from 1 June 2005. To view these documents you will need Adode Acrobat Reader. This can be downloaded free from the Adode website,
www.adobe.com
Note: This service continues to be developed and at present there are no constraint information or applications
of special interest available online and the property database is currently being enhanced and unfortunately, at this stage,
not every property in the District is listed.

The online planning history gives details, including the outcome, of applications considered during the past 25 years,
but must not be used as a substitute for carrying out a formal Land Charge Search. No responsibility will
be taken for any errors or omissions in the planning history information obtained from Public Access.
The information contained in Public Access does not constitute in any way a formal notification of a planning decision
and, as such, any actions taken as a result of information displayed on this site are undertaken entirely at the viewer’s
