The Building Control Division is a team of surveyors and administrative support.

It is the policy of the Division to deal with all applications deposited under the Building Regulations within the prescribed
periods. Applications which are satisfactory on submission are usually approved within three weeks of deposit.
Notifiable inspections are normally dealt with within twenty four hours and same day inspections can be provided if notification
is received before 10.00 a.m.
"Customer Care" is important to the Building Control Division therefore every effort is made to provide, so far
as is possible, a quick and positive service to satisfy the customer's requirements.
