Council Divisions

The Council has a number of divisions, each of which is responsible for the provision of a range of similar and/or complimentary services.  Some divisions provide services directly to the public; others provide services internally within the Council.

Each division has a Head of Service/Senior Manager who is responsible for the day to day running of their service area.  The Heads of Service are responsible for the delivery of the Council's services in accordance with local policies and strategies and the Best Value Performance Plan, and the structure is designed to allow vertical reporting to the Cabinet Executive Portfolio Holder, as well as lateral reporting through the Chief Executive and two Strategic Director’s.

The Divisions of Blaby District Council are:-
