Register for Gifts and Hospitality
You are required by the Code of Conduct to register in writing with your Clerk within 28 days of receipt of any gift or
hospitality over the value of £25. Your clerk will then forward the information on to the Monitoring Officer at Blaby District
Council to be placed on file.

Register of Interests
You are required under the code to register certain interests and ensure your registered interests are kept up to date.
Please complete a form below and forward to your Clerk as soon as your interests alter. Your Clerk will then notify the Monitoring
Officer in writing within 28 days of any changes to your registered interests ( The change must be recieved within 28 days).
- Please ensure that all questions which are not relevant to you are answered as "None" and not simply crossed
through or answered as not applicable.
- Please complete section (F) relating to land in which you have beneficial interest, this includes the house where you
live.
Public Interests
The Register of Interests is available for public inspection (Section 81 of the Local Government Act 2000 refers).
