Corporate plan
Summary
For any organisation
to be really effective, whether in the public or private sector, it must have focus and direction. It needs to be absolutely
clear about what it is trying to achieve and why.
Our new Corporate Plan 2011-14 sets out our vision for Blaby District, how we will play our part in delivering the Community Plan for Blaby District, and how we will go about improving, along with partners, the quality of life of people living, working or visiting the District.
