How to get involved with Scrutiny at Blaby

Members of the public are welcome to attend Scrutiny Commission and Scrutiny working groups. You do not need to let us know you are attending but if you would like to pass on comments or questions to discuss then you will need to complete a 'Request to Speak' form.

The Commission is keen to encourage all residents, partner organisations and other stakeholders to request a review of a service, policy, or local issue. An easy way to make a suggestion is to print off the Scrutiny Work Programme Suggestion Form above, and send the completed form back to the Scrutiny team. Alternatively you may contact your local Councillor or one of the Scrutiny Commission members.

Meeting agendas, papers and minutes are published in advance. For these details and a list of members, go to the Scrutiny Commission page provided below.

For specific complaints about the standard of service or lack of action by the Councillor if you wish to make a comment or compliment, please use the Council's form which can be found on the complaints procedure page.
