LDF - evidence base - strategic housing land availability assessment
Summary
The Strategic Housing Land Availability Assessment (SHLAA) has been prepared by Blaby
District Council. The SHLAA is a technical report that provides evidence on the potential supply of housing land in the District.
The study aims to; identify sites with potential for housing; assess their housing potential, and assess when they are likely
to be developed. The SHLAA is not a decision making document and does not allocate land for housing.
