LDF - evidence base - housing market area employment land study
Summary
The Leicester and Leicestershire 'Housing Market Area' Employment Land Study (ELS)
was completed in October 2008. The study will form part of the Local Development Framework (LDF) evidence base. The study
aims to identify 'strategic' employment supply and demand issues that would help inform future planning policies at District
and Housing Market area.

Leicestershire Economic Partnership along with all Local Authorities in Leicester and Leicestershire (including Blaby District Council) commissioned PACEC and Warwick Business Management to carry out an Employment Land Study of Leicester and Leicestershire.
