LDF - evidence base - blaby retail study
Summary
The Blaby Retail study was completed in December 2008. The study will form part of the LDF evidence base. The
study considers, the current roles of centres, their place in the retail hierarchy and future roles; the current and future
need for additional comparison and convenience retail floorspace in the District and the most appropriate locations for accommodating
identified floorspace requirements, in accordance with the "sequential approach" set out in PPS 6.
